This week, we proudly dispatched two filter skids from our workshop to a valued local client. These skids have been designed in house as part of project that started 18months ago. ✅ Designed to meet exact specifications. ✅ Fabricated with care and attention to detail. ✅ Welded to the highest standards. ✅ ATEX Certified for safety and compliance. ✅ Successfully passed FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing). 🚨 Introducing Our Custom-Designed Diphoterine Mobile Safety Station 🚨 Proud to showcase this mobile safety station we recently designed and manufactured for one of our pharmaceutical clients! This unit is specifically built to be used in cleanrooms, providing a rapid response solution for handling chemical splashes. Diphoterine is a critical first-aid measure in industrial environments, and having a mobile station allows the unit to be moved and positioned right where it’s needed, close to maintenance works or daily operations. In an emergency, every second counts, so this mobility can make all the difference. We have several large process and utility skids on our workshop floor at the moment but when a client needs a small skid turned around we are delighted to turn out the small jobs as we are the bigger ones. These tidy skid was designed and turned around quickly to suit clients needs. 👏👏

A client wanted a mechanism to support filter housings when removed on site in their cleanrooms…..we delivered. This trial in our workshop using a flange as sample weight worked perfectly. Next step is to install these on site 👌👌 #supportlocalbusiness #fabrication #jobsatisfaction #irish🇮🇪
