    We’re delighted to introduce HPC as a key partner for our Breakfast News series. For more than forty years, HPC has provided businesses with a competitive advantage through bespoke people development solutions. gradireland collaborates with HPC regularly through our calendar of events and, more recently, on the research that will form the basis of the gradireland x HPC 2024 Early Careers Report. Last year’s survey provided a comprehensive picture of the Irish early careers landscape, with 37% of organisations highlighting that retention was their most pressing issue. To help our clients respond to these changes and continue to attract and grow the best young talent, we have joined forces with HPC to launch the 2024 Early Careers Survey. Utilising our collective experience in the early careers market, we have created a short survey to understand what organisations are doing and to provide our clients with a comprehensive picture of the Irish early careers landscape. The survey should only take 15 minutes. By completing it, you will receive early access to the results, which will provide you with insights into the most effective methods used by your peers, from attraction through to development.
