What You’ll Do:
✨ Support HR Consultants with employment law and HR tasks across NI, ROI, and GB.
✨ Be the friendly voice and face for our clients, handling calls and emails professionally.
✨ Administer HR documents, manage client files, and assist in recruitment processes.
✨ Stay ahead of employment legislation and deliver top-notch service to our clients.
✨ Organize and promote webinars, training, and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Essential:
• 1+ years of admin experience, ideally in HR.
• Genuine interest in employment law and HR.
• Proficiency in MS Office and stellar organizational skills.
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and attention to detail.
✅ Desirable:
•Background in legal or HR work.
