'The Age of Sail' by Peter Lane | Fifteen George’s Quay We’re proud to have commissioned this beautiful wall-mounted artwork by US artist Peter Lane for the ground-floor reception of Fifteen George’s Quay. Overlooking The Customs House in Dublin’s Docklands, this is Peter’s first Irish installation, and we are honoured to house it in our building. Speaking about the piece, Peter said: “For this sculpture installation I’ve taken inspiration from the site, its historic resonance, and fresh approach to the future. The colour of the tide and the bronze dome of The Customs House are physical cues, but my main goal is to communicate a sense of movement from the past into the future of Ireland.” https://lnkd.in/eXdsXyKH #shapingourcity #art Niall Gaffney, Anita O'Rourke, Declan Kelly

Fifteen George's Quay | The Future of the Workplace Fifteen George’s Quay has been transformed into a contemporary, #sustainable building that redefines the future of the #workplace. We retained the original structure while expanding it by 50%, creating a 70,300 sq ft building with two extra floors and landscaped terraces overlooking the River Liffey and Custom House. Other highlights include a striking new façade, a spacious reception area, and ground floor #amenity space with a dedicated in-house barista, meeting rooms, and conference facilities. Fifteen George’s Quay is an all-electric building with LEED and WiredSCore Platinum Certifications and is WELL-Enabled. Greening our Portfolio This week, we visited our woodland projects in Co. Making Impact | Year Two Report    We are pleased to present the Year Two report in our Making Impact research series which studies the importance of investment in #placemaking and consideration of #socialvalue at our Wilton Park development.    Our Head of Research, Marie Hunt, said: “Our year two results reflect the steps we took on our ambitious placemaking journey in 2023/24. Sometimes, taking a step backward is essential to moving forward. Short-term disruption has been necessary to deliver our vision for Wilton Park. Temporarily closing the park for an extensive renovation gave us some very compelling evidence of the crucial role of the spaces between buildings. Creating a Space for Culture | Dublin Gallery Weekend We are pleased to support this year’s Dublin Gallery Weekend which is taking place across the eleven Contemporary Art Gallery Association galleries from 8th to 10th November. The weekend is launching with an exhibition entitled 'Kites Above the Castles' at Two Wilton Park, Mary Lavin Place. The exhibition was curated by Patrick Murphy, Director of the Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts, and will showcase works from a selection of leading Irish artists.
