About us

IASA is an initiative established and run by a dedicated group of third level students from various Universities across Ireland, who wish to innovate and contribute to the development of the aviation industry in Ireland and beyond. We are governed by the following aims: • To bring awareness to the industry of the number of students involved in aviation-related courses and students who want to make the industry part of their future and to promote various roles within the aviation industry available as future career paths • To discuss current issues/developments faced by the industry and future trends in aviation • To discover how students can contribute to the development of the aviation industry in Ireland • To inspire and motivate the next generation of aviation professionals • To facilitate networking between students, lecturers and professionals from the industry • To discover how the industry can create more opportunities for students • Help facilitate the provision of internships • Fundraising Capital for supporting Innovative Projects and Scholarships IASA's objective as an Association is to help build on the global success of Ireland in international aviation and aid its continuation by acting as a platform for students to engage with the Industry. We want to help Ireland continue its success in providing the best expertise in aviation by empowering the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals to be heard by the Industry and enable them to collaborate together for a better future.
