About us
The Julian Benson CF Foundation has been established by one of Ireland’s leading talent agents and choreographers, Julian Benson. Its aim is to provide much-needed support and services to CF sufferers and their families. Julian was diagnosed with CF when he was two years old. He was given a life expectancy of just 13 years of age but has never let it define him. Through positivity, exercise and a controlled diet, Julian continues to beat the odds today. He has built a very successful career as a professional dancer/choreographer and talent agent, becoming one of Ireland’s most prominent entertainment figures and celebrity Judges on the International TV hit series “Dancing with the Stars”. Julian understands first-hand the needs and challenges of CF sufferers. Therefore, he has established the Foundation to make a difference, creating a legacy that will continue to help patients and families have a better quality of life. This will be achieved by creating a positive therapeutic healing environment for patients to rest, recover and be with their families at a very critical time.

We are so grateful to Murphy for being a part of this project from the moment we broke ground on Tranquility House! They have gone above and beyond in the hard work and skills dedicated to making this 'home away from home' a reality. There are just over two weeks to go until seven acts from across Ireland take to the stage to compete in a live Lip Sync Battle in aid of our 2024 Charity Partner- the Julian Benson Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Kindness on overdrive!! AMC Plumbing (Adam Mc Naney, Jack, Ian and Simon, joined by Karl from Farrell Plumbing) got a call from Claire (pictured with the lads) yesterday morning to help us with some time-sensitive plumbing works. Although both AMC and Farrell Plumbing are incredibly busy, they came to Tranquility House yesterday afternoon to assist. The professionalism and the generosity of time and talent shown to us by companies like these has ensured that Tranquility House will become a reality very soon. Thank you, gents--we will never forget your kindness!

We're so grateful to Pipelife Ireland for their support of Tranquility House. The new underfloor heating system will ensure the building is warm and cosy as well as energy efficient!
Pipelife is delighted to be working with the Julian Benson CF Foundation as they dream big by working hard to open Ireland’s first home away from home for children, adults and their families living with cystic fibrosis. This home will be known as Tranquillity House and will be a haven of comfort for those who need it most. Pipelife is delighted to be supplying our Qual-Pex Plus+ Multilayer Pipe for the underfloor heating that will be installed over the 3 floors of the building along with a Midea Monobloc Heat Pump.
