New Episode: Kerry Ambassador Programme Podcast As we close out the year, it is our pleasure to share Episode Ten of our Kerry Ambassador Programme Podcast Series, created in partnership with Radio Kerry and presented by Mary Gallagher 🎙 In the final episode of 2024, we are thrilled to introduce Kathleen Wall-Sheehy, Director of HR and Operations for ViClarity, a global RegTech organisation headquartered in Tralee and offices in Des Moines, Iowa and Boston in the US. Kathleen works closely with the European & US team on the strategic management of its global software business, while also supporting the day-to-day operations and resource management of this growing European business. Before joining ViClarity, Kathleen worked in human resources and technical training roles for over twenty years for a number of multinational companies, including Ingersoll Rand, IBM, Xerox and lastly Kerry Group, where she held a senior leadership role within the HR function for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Kathleen also holds a Degree in Translation & Interpreting Studies, as well as a Masters in Education. Our interview delves into Kathleen’s love for Kerry, her passion for being part of building a global business in Kerry, the opportunities it presents to drive local economic growth, the value she places on organisations such as Enterprise Ireland and networks such as Tech Industry Alliance and Tom Crean Business Centre to support starts up and entrepreneurship and the importance of working closely with Munster Technological University to provide opportunities and internships to students studying STEM. Over 200 Irish Incentive industry #EventProfs came together on Friday to close out and celebrate the year at the annual SITE Ireland | Society for Incentive Travel Excellence Charity Christmas Lunch, in the #FabulouslyFestive surrounds of the Guinness Storehouse 🎄 #TeamKerry was well represented and it was a fantastic afternoon connecting and engaging with industry partners from around the country, including many of our Associate Member DMC'S and PCO's. Back down west after a busy couple of days in Dublin attending meetings with Fáilte Ireland and our fellow convention bureaux colleagues from Shannon Region Conference and Sports Bureau , Cork Convention Bureau and Galway Convention Bureau and connecting with our industry partners at AIPCO - Association of Irish Professional Conference Organisers Christmas Lunch, held at Clayton Hotels Burlington Road.
