Project Completion – Rose Garden, Elm Park Golf Club We are excited to announce the completion of the Rose Garden Pavilion at Elm Park Golf & Sports Club. Sustainable design is at the heart of the project which combines modern functionality with classic elegance, offering a versatile space to be enjoyed by members and guests for many years to come. The KSN cost consultant team was led by Ben Malone & Aoife Morris working alongside a number of key partners. This project showcases the power of collaboration and was a pleasure to be a part of. A big thank you to St. Benildus College for including us in their fantastic Careers Fair as part of 'College Awareness Week.' College Awareness Week aims to help students learn about the experiences they could have at college and the subjects they may want to study. KSN's Olwyn Leo and Oran Hughes enjoyed chatting with 4th, 5th and 6th Year students about their own unique careers in quantity surveying and construction, their educational journeys and the skills which have supported them along the way. KSN Directors, Marion St John and Donal Duffy were delighted to attend the SCSI - Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland Annual Conference last week. The line-up of speakers offered timely insights into key industry considerations and it was great connecting with our peers on the day. The property has been designed for optimized communal living ranging over three to six storeys, providing shared kitchens at each level & amenities for all residents comprising of a reception area, laundry, gym, communal lounge/social space, co-working spaces, activities rooms, storage and a publicly accessible cafe unit. We proudly took part in #GOALJerseyDay on October 11th, wearing our favourite jerseys to raise funds for GOAL Global. Together, we raised €535 to support GOAL’s life-saving work across 14 countries, providing essentials like food, water, and shelter to communities in crisis. Thank you to everyone who contributed! 👕

A big shout out to our colleague Andy Mac Mahon who successfully completed an Ironman 70.3 challenge this weekend in Cascais, Portugal. - 1.9km swim which started from Ribeira Beach in Cascais 🏊♂️ - 90km one-loop bike course through the Portuguese Riviera, Guincho Beach, and the wonderful natural park of Sintra–Cascais 🚴♂️ - A challenging 2 loop run starting in Cascais, then following the Guincho road along the coast to Oitavos and returning to the heart of Cascais 🏃♂️ The team at KSN are proud of your achievement Andy. You are some man for one man! 💪 🎖

Super turnout at the TUD Careers Fair in Bolton Street yesterday.
