Through the Links Childcare Training Academy; we are committed to supporting our staff with training and support to help them progress in their career. Our Leadership course "Fostering Excellence: The Role of the Links Leader" is one of our most sought-after programmes. Earlier this year, we had a group of 50 Educarers from across our 13 crèches come together in The Mayson Hotel to complete this training course. We had a small graduation followed by a lunch, giving our leaders the chance to meet fellow Educarers from other crèches and reflect on their learning. We are proud to say that many of these Educarers have since been promoted to management roles within the company.
