Seeing successful results and knowing that I may have taken the initial call from the client or met with them when they first contacted the office. ❓What qualities do you feel you bring to your role? 👉 I am very passionate about customer service and thrive on ensuring that our clients are made to feel valued and that they can place their trust in us from the word go. First impressions are everything and I would like to think I make each client feel comfortable, that they are being listened to, and at the end of the conversation either by telephone or in person, that they have made a good choice in choosing McCarthy + Co. ❓What three words would you use to describe McCarthy + Co? 👉 Appreciative, innovative, and fun. ❓Before working at McCarthy + Co Solicitors, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? 👉 I worked as a credit controller and looked after the payments for the advertising accounts of a very popular Sunday Newspaper.  During my time in this position, I encountered quite a few interesting characters. ❓If you could try out any other job for a day what would it be? 👉 I would love to work for a day with the band U2 while they are recording a new album. ❓If you could interview one person, dead or alive, who would it be? 👉 I would love to have the chance to interview JFK ❓Are you a tea or coffee drinker? 👉 Tea ❓What word or phrase do you overuse? 👉 “Beautiful” or “lovely” ❓What is one movie or book you would recommend? 👉 I loved the movie, The Green Mile.  One of my favourite authors is Marian Keyes and I would recommend one of her books in particular – ‘Lucy Sullivan is Getting Married’. ❓What is the best quote or piece of advice you have ever heard? 👉 Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.
