While we recognise the progress made, we remain committed to driving further change. Through our Culture and Inclusion Roadmap, we are focused on increasing female representation in our industry—engaging with local schools and colleges to highlight career opportunities for women. We also appreciate the support of the men at Terex MDS who actively champion their female colleagues. Last Friday, we welcomed students from Coláiste Dún an Rí, Kingscourt, to our site as part of our IWD celebrations.
