Having acquired the property in 2018, we oversaw significant renovation of the property, culminating in a very impressive product for the Cork office market. The building was subsequently fully let having implemented a detailed leasing strategy. It was a pleasure working alongside Adam G. and Siobhan Young in Cushman & Wakefield who acted for the purchasers. The 11th Annual DMCC Corporate Golf Challenge was held yesterday in Powerscourt Golf Club. James Mulhall leads the organising committee for this great event and had the pleasure of interviewing former Republic or Ireland Men’s Soccer Team Manager Brian Kerr after the dinner. Great fun was had by all participants and during the Big Raffle one lucky person got to “drive away” in a new BMW!! Congrats to Team Savills Ireland who won this year’s Claret Jug. Well done to all involved and looking forward to next year already.
