In Dublin, residential property prices saw an increase of 10.8% in September, while property prices outside Dublin were 9.4% higher when compared with a year earlier, according to the latest figures from the CSO (Central Statistics Office Ireland).   https://lnkd.in/eZBwFxKv

The research from the SCSI - Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland found that despite the year-on-year increase the pace of growth in rebuild costs had slowed from 12% in 2023 and 21% in 2022.
