The revamped MyHome app is now available to download.   The new MyHome app was built from the ground up based on your feedback and promises to deliver a greatly improved user experience, giving potential buyers and renters all the functionality of the main website on the go.   Users can now search through thousands of property listings with improved filters using list or maps views, search for properties in their vicinity and bid on properties instantly using MyHome Offers. Users can also save properties to their profiles and get notifications of new listings that match their criteria as soon as they are launched to the market. Property prices in Ireland at the end of last year had increased at almost double the rate compared to the end of 2023, according to the latest residential property price index from the CSO (Central Statistics Office Ireland).
