This year marks the publication of our first Gender Pay Gap Report, a key step in our journey toward transparency and accountability. Under the Gender Pay Information Act 2021, organisations of our size are required to report annually on their gender pay gap and outline the measures being taken to address it. In conjunction with Barry Philips, Vodafone Health & Safety Specialist for Ireland, we recently delivered an in-depth training module and supervised a climb to a 15-meter platform at a Vantage site.   Congratulations to Vodafone's Emma Teirney and Mark Denley, as well as our very own Account Manager, Lynn Behan, for completing the climb! 💪   A special shoutout to the fantastic rigging team on site— Coman Brady and Adam Conroy—your support was invaluable. 🙌   Thanks also to Vantage for allowing us to use the site and tower. Fortunately, the rain held off, making the training a great success! ☀️   And of course, a big thanks to our in-house Working at Height Instructor and SHEQ Supervisor, Paul Fagan, for leading the charge. 📋   P.S. We had an incredible evening celebrating our achievements at the 2024 Company Awards!
