Earlier today, #Meta experienced a major outage in the United States, impacting #Facebook, #Instagram, and #WhatsApp, generating over 800k reports through Downdetector. The outage peaked between 10:00-10:15AM PST, with nearly 100k reports for Facebook alone during those 15 minutes. As of 2:25PM, Meta posted that over 99% of services have been restored.

Storm Darragh has led to significant mobile network disruptions, with widespread power outages leaving many without connection.
