    As a founder, I`m bombarded with decisions. Especially when hiring a developer for my project. Here`s my 4-question framework to cut through the noise ⏬ I ask myself: 🎤 WHO do I need? 🎤 WHAT salary can I offer? 🎤 HOW MUCH time am I ready to spend on the search? 🎤 WHICH method of hiring is the most comfortable for me? (outsourcing, nearshoring, outstaffing, etc.) Answering these questions helps me to make the right decision, save time and costs and focus on essential founder`s tasks 👌 As a business owner who is always busy, I learned one important lesson: time ⌛ is the most valuable thing.
