Paralympic medallists Róisín Ní Ríain, Katie George Dunlevy and Linda Kelly are in the mix once again to claim a top honour today, the Irish Times Sportswomen of the Year Award. Ní Ríain was named Irish Times Sportswoman of the Month in April, while Dunlevy and Kelly received the honour in September of this year. Ireland's sporting elite gathered in Donnybrook last night for the RTÉ Sports Awards where Irish Paralympians won in two categories. Róisín Ní Ríain was nominated in two categories and took home the prestigious Young Sportsperson of the Year award for 2024.
