Introducing the Atonia Programme, the new, reimagined mentorship programme from the OurWhisky Foundation. Renamed to better reflect the breadth of content delivered beyond mentorship, the Atonia Programme is designed to support women and non-binary individuals in the global whisky industry by providing career clarity, enhancing confidence, building a supportive network and equipping them with professional skills. Both nights were filled with creativity, cocktails, and, most importantly, a celebration of friendship. Celebrating Culture in Dublin 8! Yesterday, we were delighted to host the Culture Date with Dublin 8 Programme Partners meeting at Pearse Lyons Distillery. It was a fantastic opportunity to hear about the festival’s history and the exciting plans for this year. Culture Date with Dublin 8 is a wonderful celebration of the rich heritage, creativity, and community spirit of our neighborhood. As always, it’s a great chance for us to be tourists in our own city and connect with the vibrant cultural scene around us. What do you enjoy most about being part of the Pearse Lyons Distillery Team? “What I enjoy most about being part of the Distillery Team is bringing the story of our distillery and spirits to life through creative marketing. It’s incredibly fulfilling to showcase the craftsmanship and heritage of our products in ways that resonate with different audiences. I love exploring trends on social media and bringing them to life with the team in the distillery. Everday is different! Plus we got to work from one of the most beautiful buildings in the world - a distillery inside a Church!” 2. What is your favourite Pearse Lyons Distillery product, and how do you enjoy it? “My favourite product is Ha'Penny Rhubarb. I like to enjoy it with Indian Tonic Water and a slice of orange or if I'm feeling fancy in a French 75!” 3. If you could drink a whiskey with any person, living or dead, who would it be and why? “My Grandad, he was an Architect and he would have been fascinated with all the stories from the restoration of the Church for our distillery.” 4. When you are not at the distillery, what is your go to hobby or activity? “While I do love running in my spare time, I also love to go for walks with my Husband & Sausage Dog Sally to try out new cafes!”
