Rory brings over 12 years of experience in executive search, specialising in senior leadership and board level appointments. He has worked with both large global firms and boutique search boutiques in Ireland and the U.S. His expertise spans Senior Leadership to Executive-level roles, including head of function to board-level placements. Before focusing on Asset Management and Investment Funds, Rory served a diverse range of clients across various segments of Financial Services, including Aviation Finance, Banking, Private Equity, and M&A.
