The RTB runs a low-cost dispute resolution service that helps resolve landlord-tenant disputes without the need for court intervention. Our dispute resolution hearings are heard by independent Decision Makers. Yesterday, we hosted a Panel Members Forum, an important event where the RTB and Decision Makers come together to share knowledge and receive training.
