We’ve had an amazing time at the Running Industry Alliance (RIA) & The Running Conference (TRC) over the last few days as their official nutrition partner! A big thank you to Rebecca (Becs) Richardson and the team for organising such an incredible conference and bringing the industry together. We were honoured to be a part of the Women’s MultiSport Action Group (WMAG) launch on Sunday, a new initiative designed to empower and support women in the sector and drive positive change through advocacy. We hosted a session as part of this conversation, with Wendy Hill Nutritional Therapist, about Menopause in the Workplace which sparked a lot of conversation throughout the conference.
