Absolutely love what I do and I had a real pinch myself moment on Saturday night in Jersey. I felt hugely privileged to host a dinner with my mucca Jim Hamilton and the Springbok rugby squad! I hosted the auction raising an incredible amount of money for Jersey Sports Association for the Disabled! One of the best nights I’ve been involved in and hosted for many a moon!
