Savills Earth, led in Ireland by Orla Coyle, provides a holistic approach to support out clients to turn sustainability targets and commitments into reality, embracing the change needed to improve the impact of property on the environment. • 🗞In the news today: 3 months post-election, strong U.S. interest in Irish property continues, as our website records a 49% increase in traffic from US Election Day (6 November 2024) to 11 February 2025, compared to the same period last year. Read it here: http://sav.li/10mo This builds on an initial spike right after the election, when searches from the U.S. jumped by an average of 342% from the week before. Catherine McAuliffe, Director of Residential, Savills Cork, says, “Cork remains the most popular destination for U.S. purchasers, as indicated in our recent analysis of the demand for prime country homes. This ongoing trend is a testament to the unique charm and investment potential of Irish real estate, particularly in regions offering rich cultural and natural landscapes.”

  • 💭What next for the #Dublin industrial and logistics market? Find out in our latest research report: http://sav.li/10lv In 2024, the lack of transactions in prime industrial and logistics units resulted in stagnation in prime rents which remained unchanged at €13.00 per sq ft. - but with 1.7m sq ft scheduled to complete this year, prime rents are expected to rise during the course of 2025. ♻This upward movement in rents will be driven by high demand for best-in-class facilities, including ESG requirements.
