Congratulations to the dmg media Ireland journalists who scooped three of the top prizes at the Irish Journalism Awards, 2024. Anne Sheridan won the prize for Campaigning Journalism. Brenda Power picked up Columnist (Popular) while Debbie McCann took home the Features (Popular) award. There were 24 awards given out across the afternoon, with dmg media Ireland nominated in 11 categories. Well done to them all. The annual award ceremony took place in the Mansion House, Dublin on Wednesday afternoon. This week Paul Cadden and his team at Saba, South William Street, hosted 'A Festive Taste of Saba' event for the team and special guests of the dmg media Ireland EVOKE brand. The red carpet event gave everyone a sneak preview of the new Saba Christmas food and cocktail menu, designed by Chef Yo Natthawut Khuhathong. It also showcased the fun and enjoyment of getting out and enjoying all that Dublin City restaurants and venues have to offer, a point reiterated at the event by Dublin City Council Lord Mayor Cllr James Geoghegan.
