Meet Mariana Valeria de Dios! I'm Mariana, an industrial engineer from Mar del Plata, Argentina, known as “the pearl of the Atlantic.” I’m passionate about soccer, a fine wine enthusiast, and, of course, a lover of asado. A year and a half ago, I took a leap of faith and moved to Ireland to expand my horizons both personally and professionally.   Today, as a Service Account Manager at Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, I dedicate myself exclusively to supporting one of our key clients. Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning are delighted to announce the newest addition to our Service Team, Alina Martsuk, who joins us as Service Account Manager.   Alina is from Latvia and has lived in Ireland for over 24 years. She holds a degree in International Business and Languages from Dublin Institute of Technology. With more than 10 years of experience working in dynamic, multilingual environments, she brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Alina’s career journey includes 8 years at Flutter Entertainment (formerly PokerStars), where she thrived in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Her dedication and leadership skills propelled her to the role of Support Manager, where she honed her ability to manage complex service operations and build strong client relationships. We’re excited to have Alina on board and look forward to the valuable contributions she will make as we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Today meet Megan O'Malley! Hi, my name is Megan and I’m from Blanchardstown. I joined Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in 2022 with no experience in the trade but have recently returned to Dublin after completing phase 2 in Shannon and am delighted to say I am now officially in a van! I am proud to be the only female apprentice in the company currently and I hope to inspire more females to join a trade like ours! The retail experience I have from previous roles has surprisingly helped me along the way when dealing with clients and contributes to me being as chatty as I am. I have learned much of the hands-on work by being on the road with other engineers and look forward to working towards knowing everything else the trade has to offer.   Some of my hobbies include going on a nice hike on weekends. I very much love going out for a nice meal and trying out new restaurants around Dublin but I also enjoy cooking and have been told by friends and family that I am a really good cook. I can’t wait to do some travelling in the future and my aim is to live abroad someday. Random fact - I also studied Psychology in College for a year after completing my Leaving Cert.
