Workbench is here! ✨ 3 reasons to be excited about our new Tines-powered AI chat interface: 🔸 It gives users access to proprietary data in real-time 🔸 It can take action, but only when authorized users instruct it to do so 🔸 It runs in the same secure, and private architecture as our AI features We’ve made Workbench available to all Tines users including those using our always-free Community Edition. Today we launch Tines Workbench, a product I believe will change the way everyone works. Security teams today need more than AI chatbots and tool-specific copilots. They need AI that helps them securely access their proprietary data - wherever it lives - and take action in real time, but only when and how they specify. Workbench gives them that superpower. Workbench is a Tines-powered AI chat interface built on the same enterprise-grade infrastructure as our automation and orchestration platform, meaning it addresses those important security and privacy concerns. After connecting Workbench to any tool in their stack, users can give it permission to do things like: • Send a message in Slack • Look up an employee in a HRIS like Workday • Create a ticket in Atlassian Jira • Search Elastic for alerts based on specific criteria • Analyze a hash with Recorded Future • Get detections in CrowdStrike Falcon • Lock down a device in Jamf Customers are already saving time on incident response and uncovering new use cases in security, fraud, IT, and more. I can’t overstate how excited I am about Workbench - it’s probably the most important product we’ve released since our original workflow engine. That’s why we’ve made Workbench available to Tines users on paid *and* free Community Edition plans. If you give it a try, I’d love to hear what you think. Learn more at: https://lnkd.in/eXDpEDhi

Shout out for an awesome bit of community security work by the OVO security team this week; because just like clean, affordable energy, security needs collective action. First, a bit of background, Euan Dunsmore was at OVO way before I joined and, as well as being a great team mate, has been central to developing our detection engineering and CSIRT capabilities. This included recommending OVO get in on the Tines automation game. This week Euan published the first OVO story into the Tines community library. Thomas Kinsella can correct me here but I believe Euan is the first person to publish a story with the conditional form feature used in this flow, and it's also the first story published that uses the Crowdstrike Firewall module (double win). Thank you Euan, you and the whole security team here at OVO are awesome, you make OVO a great place to work.

FRIDAY FLOWS #46 - How FinTechs Use Tines to Scale Security Operations 📈 I'm joined by our very own Matt Muller on today's episode. We discuss how he used Tines as a director of SecOps in a previous role at a fast growing FinTech where the team scaled from 3 people to 50 people and all the security joys that brought. So for FinTech security teams, you'll gain insight into Matt's prioritisation with that goal in mind, the challenges he solved with Tines & his favourite use case. As always, please like and repost to your network. Also, check out the Tines Community edition in the comments, cheers. #tines #fintech #workflowautomation #soar #automation #securityautomation

Pleased to share that Tines secured the #3 spot on the Deloitte Fast50 last night in Dublin!🥉 Being recognized as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the country is something we don't take for granted, and sharing a spot on the list with our friends and customers at Ekco made it extra special. Congrats too to Wayflyer, Fibrus, and all the other winners. 📸: Team Tines Neil Fox Orla O Sullivan Mikie Lennon Dáire Dillon David Henry Siún Murphy Ryan Idowu Charlie Manton and Diarmaid O Hara celebrating with Olympic legends Phil Healy and Sophie Becker

“There's a huge appetite for automation beyond just the SOC team. The SOC team actually benefits when, say, the IT organization is using the same platform as they are.” On the latest episode of the Riskybiz podcast with Patrick Gray, Matt Muller shares some of the ways leading organizations are shifting their approach to security orchestration and automation. “Some of the most interesting things I've seen have been IT and engineering use cases. I've seen a Tines Page embedded in somebody's website, serving as a web application... Tines can really do anything, as long as you can think of it and the API supports it.” Engineer Whitney Young shared some of her favorite Tines use cases (including a workflow that helps keep her house plants healthy 🪴) with Adrian Sanabria on the Enterprise Security Weekly podcast.
