  • UPMC’s Outreach team was pleased to attend the first Connecting Communities Roadshow of the year in Ferrybank, Waterford. Organised by Waterford City & County Council in partnership with Kilkenny County Council, the event provided a great opportunity for our team members, Clodagh Duggan and Joanne Kelly, to engage with the local community and share information about UPMC’s exceptional services. Many attendees were particularly interested in the physio-led exercise classes at UPMC’s Sports Medicine Facility in SETU Arena. These classes support people with osteoarthritis, back pain, fall risks, and those recovering from serious illnesses. The team also provided attendees with guidance on the specialised services available at UPMC Whitfield Hospital and UPMC Aut Even Hospital, helping them find the right care for their needs.
