For this reason, we take great care in selecting our candidates and if we cannot find a candidate that we are happy to provide, we will explain that to our client and we will leave the vacancy unfilled. We would prefer to leave a vacancy unfilled than to supply a candidate that we know to be a wrong fit for our client’s requirements.

𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 Our Managing Director, David Ward, and Head of Business Development, Anthony Savage, had the pleasure of attending the John Sisk & Son Ltd Supply Chain Engage event at The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) on November 29th. The event provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to network with the John Sisk team and industry colleagues. Business updates and presentations by CEO Paul Brown and his fellow board members offered valuable insights into the company's growth plans and the importance of the supply chain in this journey. The event highlighted key messages on upcoming projects and regions for 2024 and 2025, net-zero initiatives, modern methods of construction, and a strong focus on people and culture, with an emphasis on mental health. The event concluded with a presentation of awards, kicking off the celebrations for the Supply Chain Awards Dinner 2024, held later that evening, which was also a fabulous night all round. Congratulations to all winners and finalists. Many thanks to John Devereaux, Supply Chain Director for Ireland and Europe, and his team on organising such an insightful event. Well done to everyone who contributed to its success! #BuildingFutures #Construction

Speaking on receipt of the award, our Managing Director, David Ward, said: “We are honoured to have been both nominated and selected to win this award. We are thrilled for our Finance and Payroll team, and it is a real testament to the hard work and dedication they demonstrate week in and week out. Their support is crucial to our business growth, and it's great to see the team getting the recognition they deserve”.
