Interesting to read about the Welsh government's Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy (YES) which focuses on three themes; engage, empower and equip to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset in students. We took a similar approach in the WeRin Pathway to DISCOVER the existing research and good practices that support inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems. We DESIGNED resources to empower and equip educators and aspiring entrepreneurs to be more gender inclusive. We are thrilled to share that the @ERASMUS+ Knowledge Alliances project, Women Entrepreneurs in the Regional Inclusive Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (WeRin) scored highly in its final report assessment from the European Commission. With an excellent rating for impact and dissemination, WeRin was successful in its mission to empower female entrepreneurs across Europe and has set new standards in entrepreneurship education. The project’s commitment to inclusion and innovation has led to impressive outcomes, resulting in over 28,000 website visits and over 14,000 downloads of key resources. The WeRin Toolbox and WeRLearnin Principles were marked as key innovations, showcasing high-quality educational resources for #femaleentrepreneurs. It’s not too late to get involved as we continue to collaborate through our Community of Practice and share our materials. A new opportunity for #entrepreneurs looking to scale and grow. The EMPOWER Cumasú Programme is a free initiative for female entrepreneurs in the Gaeltacht areas of Mayo, Galway, Donegal, Kerry, Cork, Meath and Waterford in Ireland. Funded by Údarás na Gaeltachta and delivered by Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Innovation Hubs and the Rubicon Centre at Munster Technological University (MTU). Applications close on 6th August 2024.
