On Tuesday, we had the honour of celebrating the graduation of 120 colleagues from our Seeds for Success (S4S) program at the Westbury Hotel, with the invaluable support of over 30 assessors. This year has truly been a milestone, marking our most successful year in nearly a decade, and it’s inspiring to reflect on the incredible progress made. In 2024, we welcomed 28 new assessors, bringing the total number of assessors across all stores to 50. This expansion has allowed us to reach even more colleagues and provide enhanced support. 167 colleagues completed their first module this year, while 77 colleagues continued their learning by progressing to further modules. In total, 244 colleagues completed Seeds for Success in 2024, a remarkable achievement that highlights the dedication and commitment of everyone involved. A special thanks to Retail Ireland Skillnet for their ongoing partnership and continued support, which has been integral to our success. Here’s to even greater achievements in the future! 🚀
