Currently, we have an opening for a Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager - Student Recruitment based in Ireland. The job base location is Ireland, and we are open to considering individuals from anywhere in Ireland.

We are seeking an individual to join our B2B Sales and Business Development team for student recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in building rapport and relationships with B2B agent networks and educational consultants, along with hands-on experience managing accounts and networks within this realm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational providers to expand our network and drive growth.
  • Enrolment Excellence: Support the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and recruitment partners to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze feedback data to continuously improve our products and services.
  • Program Management Support: Collaborate with the program management team to maximize student enrolment and program success.
  • Training and Development: Lead business meetings and training sessions for new recruiting partners.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Financial Strategy: Analyze financial data to optimize business costs and increase profitability.
  • Team Support: Assist the team in achieving recruitment targets and support enrolment efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with executives to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partnership Building: Engage with potential partners, present our offerings, and negotiate business deals.
