As GEDU continues its remarkable expansion, we are actively seeking talented professionals to join our growing team and explore their interest in a Business Development - Student Recruitment (B2B agent network management) role within our organization.


We are open to discussing the designation, which could be Manager, Senior Manager, or Regional Manager, depending on your experience and aspirations. The position is remote, allowing you to work from your current location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational/training providers to expand our network and drive business growth.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approaches to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partnership Building: Engage with potential partners, present our offerings, and negotiate mutually beneficial business deals.
  • Enrolment Excellence: Play an active role in assisting the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake, ensuring our goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Insights: Analyse customer feedback data to continuously assess the satisfaction level with our products and services, making data-driven improvements.
  • Program Management Support: Collaborate with program management team members to maximize student enrolment and program success.
  • Training and Development: Host and facilitate business meetings and training sessions for new recruiting partners to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
