Call Quality Analyst

Location: Dublin ( on site)

Salary: €30,000 per year

My client, a leading provider of expert business services in Ireland, is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join their growing sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, telesales, or call centers who wants to transition into a quality-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess sales calls to ensure compliance with internal quality standards
• Identify trends and areas for improvement by analyzing call data
• Provide constructive feedback to sales teams and management
• Produce reports and track quality metrics
• Work closely with the telesales management and coaching teams to enhance performance

What We Are Looking For:

• some calls quality assurance experience , ideally within a sales or insurance environment
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to provide feedback in a structured manner
• Proficiency in Excel and other office applications
• A proactive and analytical approach with a high level of integrity
