Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility will be servicing customers who wants to make changes to their insurance policies. You’ll address customer queries and help existing customers buy additional policies. Full training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to fully understand their needs and provide clear, helpful responses to any questions or concerns about their policy.
  • Assist customers with policy updates and changes.
  • Support policy administration, including issuing necessary documents.
  • Promote and sell additional policies to existing customers, enhancing their coverage.

Skills & Experience

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities, with the knack for engaging customers over the phone.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or sales, is an advantage.
  • Self-Driven & Resilient: Motivated to achieve personal targets, able to handle rejection, and focused on results.
  • Work Ethic: Strong organisational skills, initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

    Working in a Regulated Environment:

    • This role is considered a regulated control function in line with the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 and the Minimum Competency Code set by the Central Bank of Ireland.
