As an integral part of a strong export team the successful candidate will work closely with the local export team, reporting to our export team manager.

This is initially a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extending this period.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for part managing the export process in our Dublin office, while maintaining a strong customer service level to ensure our export clients receive the high level of service, they expect from MSC.
We believe the successful Export Customer Service Executive should have the following skills:
Shipping experience desirable
Proven track record in a customer service role
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
High level of computer literacy, with good working knowledge of current Microsoft applications
Good geographical awareness
The key tasks for the Export Customer Service Executive are as follows:
1) Manage export documentation files, processing shipping instructions, VGM's and other related documentation
2) Process draft bills and amendments
3) Finalise and submit manifests to our head office and port of discharge agents
4) Process Manifest Correctors (where necessary)
5) Provide customs clearance to customers
6) Process bookings and book haulage
7) Meet customer service objectives for VIP clients, where assigned
8) Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the export team manager
