Role Overview:
The HR function is focused on the delivery of high-quality related People, HR Management, Employee Development, Talent, Culture and HR service programmes and initiatives that better enables the organisation to achieve its goals/strategic plans.
This role presents a great opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated HRBP to work directly with the Senior Manager - Global HR in the management of the HR agenda across a diverse range of disciplines and geographies.
The role holder will work closely and collaboratively with the Global HR team and the business to align business objectives with people strategies, fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and engagement across our global teams.
Global HR Strategy and Implementation
Working closely with the ARI HR and Global leadership teams in the development and execution of people strategies aligned with international business objectives.
Collaborate with the wider Global HR team to create and implement fit-for-purpose HR strategies and processes.
Culture, Coaching, and Governance
Champion a positive, supportive culture to enhance the daa/ARI employer brand and employee experience.
Provide proactive coaching and guidance to Managers on HR policies, governance, and cultural expectations.
Lead consistency of HR policies across international locations, including training of mandatory polices
Workforce Planning and Talent Development
Engage in workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning to build an agile and high-performing workforce.
Support and drive talent acquisition, career development, and talent pipeline initiatives.
Work with key business leaders to help them plan, execute and manage the business, with specific focus on global mobility and international assignees.
Collaborate with talent acquisition and support all resourcing plans taking a direct role in the recruitment of roles as appropriate/required.
New Business and Change Management
Support new business development & implementation.in respect of HR activities including:
Workforce planning, and organisational design
HR bid preparation for new tenders
HR policy and process for new geographies
Recruiting, training, and developing new staff to support the new business.
Actively participate in change initiatives developed by HR central functions directly or in partnership to ensure delivery and successful execution of all plans.
Reward Frameworks and Employee Experience
Ensure compliance with reward frameworks and implement initiatives to improve attendance, performance, and employee experience.
Analysis and Reporting
Provide actionable insights through data analysis, reports, and updates to inform HR strategies and enhance decision-making processes.
