Role Overview

We are looking for an operationally driven Head of Beauty & Retail to lead the strategic growth and day-to-day execution of our retail and airside staffing business. With a strong foothold in beauty, retail, and travel/airside, we’re focused on delivering exceptional staffing solutions for brands that demand excellence.

The Head of Beauty & Retail will oversee recruitment operations, account management, and client growth while positioning Socio Group as the go-to partner for talent in high-footfall retail environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Staffing Operations:

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for roles such as beauty advisors, retail sales associates, and airside staff.
• Streamline processes for talent sourcing, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure smooth delivery of staffing assignments.

Client Management & Growth:

• Maintain and grow key relationships with retail operators, travel hubs, and luxury brands.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing staffing team (recruiters, coordinators, and trainers).
• Develop team training programs to improve delivery and client service.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with leadership to expand into new staffing markets.
• Identify opportunities in retail and travel sectors to increase market share.

Process Improvement:

• Implement systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with airside recruitment standards and security regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience leading staffing operations, particularly in retail or airside environments.
• Strong network within beauty and retail, travel, or luxury brands.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects and complex client accounts.
• Operationally minded with experience improving processes and systems.
• Leadership experience in managing teams of recruiters and coordinators.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder relationship skills.
