Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our global telecommunications company based in Dublin. This permanent role offers hybrid working arrangements and a competitive salary of €60,000 plus a 10% bonus. As an integral member of the Company Management Team, you will support the execution of strategic people and culture initiatives to enable our ambitious growth strategy. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver best-in-class HR solutions, drive best practices, and provide vision and direction for leadership in cultural creation, alignment, and change management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of HR and Senior Management Team in identifying strategic people priorities and developing robust execution plans.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives during the company's transformation process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and strategic direction for organisational development, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, communications, and applied legislation compliance, particularly in Ireland and other multinational contexts.
  • Coach and advise senior leaders on HR best practices and manage change at individual, team, and organisational levels.
