A rare opportunity to work in a fully remote position with a Charity, operating in Dublin, Ireland.

Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 Hour week
To apply: You must have a genuine interest in the not-for-profit or charity sector, be comfortable working in a fully remote environment and have some previous experience in Charity / NGO or Healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming enquiries via email and phone with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy.
Coordinate and deliver annual report and quarterly newsletters with precision.
Manage health and safety, the IT environment, and GDPR compliance.
Update policies as required, keeping excellent records of same.
Manage registration database to ensure accuracy.
Play a key role in supporting our Board by taking minutes at meetings and distributing relevant information.
Send out information and exercise packs.
Work with the Treasurer and others to ensure bills are paid in a timely manner and log fundraising activities.
Experience & Competencies:
Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment, with excellent time management skills.
A genuine interest in the Non-for-profit or Charity sector.
Previous experience working with an NGO, charity or within Healthcare.
High proficiency in MS Office 365, Sharepoint, and other tools on the Microsoft platform.
High levels of organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A compassionate, people-first approach to communication and problem-solving.
