Job Overview:


We are seeking two experienced Tech Recruiters for a 3-month contract to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top tech talent to support the organisation's technology initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including software engineers, data analysts, IT specialists, and other tech-focused positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelines, and direct approaches.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and company culture.
  • Manage and coordinate the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met within the agreed timeframe.
  • Stay up-to-date with tech recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and ensure adherence to GDPR regulations.


Key Requirements:


  • 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech hiring.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of technology roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of tech recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving hiring goals.


Contract Details:


  • Duration: 3 months .
  • Full-time, hybrid working model with office presence required in Dublin.
  • Competitive daily rate based on experience.
