ארן גאה לקחת חלק בפרויקט של חברת Xtrac-Medical אשר פיתחה מוצר רפואי לשליפת אלקטרודות מקוצבי לב ודפיברילטורים בצורה בטוחה ויעילה ולקדם את פיתוח המוצר בהצלחה לעבר שלב סופי של הייצור שיתבצע גם כן בארן. 🤝 שאלנו את מנכ"ל החברה – אורי שטיין על חווית העבודה מול צוות ארן: "החוויה הייתה טובה מאוד, הצוות הוכיח מקצועיות, רמת קשב גבוהה לצרכים שלנו, גילה יוזמה בתהליך הפיתוח והביא פתרונות מיוזמתו גם ללא דרישה מאיתנו לטובת קידום הפרויקט. לוחות הזמנים היו מהירים ושיתוף הפעולה היה מלא. הצוות בארן הקשיב להסברים ולהגיון של הלקוח ושיתף איתנו פעולה." המערכת של חברת Xtrac-Medical מבצעת בהצלחה הוצאת אלקטרודות שיצאו מכלל שימוש, או שנדרש לשלוף אותם מסיבות רפואיות, בצורה לא פולשנית תוך שימוש בוויברציה (רטט). בשיטה זו אין צורך בביצוע חיתוך של רקמות. המערכת כוללת מנגנון רטט וידית המפעילה כבל ואלמנט עגינה. צוות ארן ביצע את התכנון המכני והאלקטרוניקה למערכת ועיצוב ידידותי למשתמש עבור הידית. כרגע אנחנו בין PDR ל-CDR המתוכנן לסוף החודש, מתוכנן בהמשך פס ייצור בארן של המוצר. נאחל בהצלחה בהמשך הדרך המשותפת💪 👈 https://lnkd.in/dUU_Nq-f Aran is proud to have participated in the Xtrac-Medical project, which developed a medical product for safely and efficiently extracting pacemaker and defibrillator electrodes, and successfully advancing the product development towards the final production stage, which will also be carried out at Aran. We asked the company's CEO – Uri Stein – about his experience working with the Aran team: "The experience was very good. The team demonstrated professionalism, a high level of attentiveness to our needs, showed initiative in the development process, and proactively brought solutions without us even requesting them to advance the project. The timelines were quick, and the collaboration was complete. The Aran team listened to our explanations and logic and cooperated fully with us." The Xtrac system successfully removes electrodes that are no longer in use or need to be extracted for medical reasons, using a non-invasive vibration method. This approach eliminates the need for tissue cutting. The system includes a vibration mechanism and a handle operating a cable and anchoring element. The Aran team performed the mechanical and electronic design for the system and created a user-friendly design for the handle.
