We are proud to share that our Layered Voice Analysis (LVA) technology has been featured in a study presented at #PACIS 2024: "Emotional Voice, Informational Content: Streamer Social Supports and User Experience in Live Streaming Community." This research explores how live streamers enhance user experience by providing emotional and informational support through oral responses. LVA technology was pivotal in distinguishing these elements, providing insights into the emotional underpinnings of live communication, and understanding human interaction in dynamic, real-time environments. We often get asked how EmotionLogic Logic came to be, and it's quite a story. It all started with Amir Liberman and his work at Nemesysco - Genuine Emotion Voice Analysis Technologies. Back then, he had this powerful idea - what if we could understand the emotions hidden in people's voices? Not just the obvious stuff, but those subtle nuances that tell the real story. Of course, not everyone got it at first. When Amir would explain how he could detect genuine emotions, he'd often get looks that said "yeah, right." Pretty much everyone thought it was too good to be true. But here's the thing about Amir - he knew he was onto something big and he wasn't about to give up. Fast forward to today, and that's where Emotion Logic comes in. We took everything amazing about Nemesysco's technology and thought, "How can we expand it to serve new contexts and industries? How can we help more people?" It's become so much more than just a business for us. Every time we see our technology helping someone understand their customers better or improve their service, we get why we do this.
