We stand together, with heavy heart, on this very sad day. We are joined in grief, feeling our own individual pain, and sharing in the national sorrow. In this time of terrible sadness, we send our condolences to the Bibas and Lifshitz families, and we share the grief of Kibbutz Nir Oz, whom we have been privileged to accompany through these distressing times. We are proud to have advised our client, Meshek Energy (MSKE) Renewable Energies Ltd., one of Israel’s largest energy groups, on the successful public offering of its Series B bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE)! The offering saw strong demand from institutional investors, with total orders exceeding NIS 500 million. Ultimately, NIS 348 million in non-rated, unencumbered bonds were issued at an annual interest rate of 4.18%, reinforcing market confidence in the company’s trajectory.
