Take a look at this! We recently created a hands-on device for measuring a motor's thresholds and performance. Here's a behind the scenes peek at what it looks like, the sounds it makes, and the inner workings at play. With this device, we are controlling and measuring all the parameters and various attributes of the motor, including voltage, current, and outputs such as rotation speed and torque. With this device, we are able to better evaluate different electric motors for new development projects we are working on. Ultimately, this contraption enables us to run various tests on our own electronic drivers for motors that we intend to use within an apparatus. Injection molds with -- Hot or Cold Runners: Which One to choose? When we first encountered the decision between hot and cold runner systems, it was all about weighing production volume, complexity, budget, and materials. After realizing over 70 molds on various projects for our customers, here's what we've learned: 🔥 Hot runners reduce waste and speed up production. Perfect for products like syringes,  other disposable medical devices, and high-volume plastic components. ❄️ Cold runners save money upfront but may slow production and create more waste. Trying to hit a bullet with another bullet? As an #engineer, that kind of challenge sounds exhilarating, but also almost impossible, right? When 181 ballistic missiles were launched towards Israel, our system performed flawlessly. Not a single casualty, no injuries, no damage. The Arrow system intercepted every missile, high above the Earth, with pinpoint accuracy. Designing such a system goes beyond technology alone. It required mastery of #physics, #aerodynamics, and #computationalprecision. Every element had to synchronize perfectly: from trajectory calculations to radar systems tracking targets in real-time, all while accounting for unpredictable factors like atmospheric conditions and velocity shifts. This kind of engineering demanded millisecond-level accuracy, with every decision and adjustment aiming for one critical result—PROTECTION. The #Arrowsystem serves as a reminder of the immense responsibility we carry as engineers. It’s not just about solving technical challenges—it’s about saving lives and ensuring a safer future for all. It was an honor to contribute to such a critical project.
