These are undeniably crazy and turbulent times we find ourselves living in. It's all too easy to get lost in the noise of confused and angry voices. Conflicting opinions are everywhere while sadness and even hatred seem to be at the forefront. Getting through each day can feel like a huge, unfulfilling task. We must make space for our own health and #wellbeing, despite the madness around us. I've found even a few minutes of morning meditation helps center me. Taking time to consciously plan my day and set an intention to be the best human I can be sets me on a positive track. I strive for patience over anger and calm presence over reactionary outbursts. I envision what a more loving world could look like when we nurture meaningful relationships in our own lives first. What if we all went through each day leading with #love?
