This week, we gathered at NeuroDerm to honor those we have lost with memorial stations and a fascinating lecture from Ziv Koren, who is currently documenting all aspects of the Iron Swords War.  His powerful photography, capturing the defining moments of this tragic year, gave us a profound glimpse into the human stories. Wrapping Up Our ND SPIRIT Month: A Journey of Collaboration, Communication, Teamwork, and Appreciation! We’re excited to reflect on the incredible energy and engagement across the company. This month has brought us together in new and meaningful ways, strengthening the values that make our workplace thrive. Here's a quick recap of the activities that inspired us all: 🧩Collaboration Week: Cafeterias turned into hubs of teamwork with our puzzle challenge! Colleagues worked together to reveal the bigger picture, showcasing the power of collective effort.  💬 Communication Week: Our "Storytelling" workshops (led by Leave a Mark) encouraged employees to rethink their communication strategies, focusing on being clear & concise- helping everyone communicate more effectively.  📸 Teamwork Week: We gathered at a beautiful winery. Team boards and Polaroid camera were placed throughout the venue to capture the moments and creating lasting memories. The spirit of teamwork was truly cherished! 🎁 Respect & Appreciation Week: we launched our Peer2Peer Recognition tool, allowing colleagues to recognize each other's hard work and contributions with 'BuyMe vouchers' and personal postcards. The appreciation is flowing across departments! And this is just the beginning! Many more exciting surprises are planned for this year as we continue to build a culture centered around collaboration, respect, and appreciation. This month has been about more than just activities—it’s about creating a culture where collaboration, open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect are at the core of everything we do. Over the past 10 days , we had the pleasure of engaging in meaningful family-centered social responsibility activities that truly brought our families closer. Last week, we welcomed 60 kids to our offices for a Scientists Day event, organized in collaboration with Ofanim NGO and Spirala. The children enjoyed an inspiring morning filled with excitement, from solving riddles in an escape room to conducting hands-on scientific experiments and exploring their creativity. This week, we had the honor of visiting ‘Beit Apel boarding school’ for a carpentry workshop with parents and their youths who are soon join the army. It was a special opportunity to work together and creating something tangible and lasting. We extend our best wishes to these young adults for a safe and effective service! 24 hours of innovation for a world without violence against women! We're thrilled to share that our elite team is participating in the Michal Sela Hackathon, a 24-hour event bringing together the brightest minds to develop technological solutions to prevent violence against women. The vision of this hackathon is to create a revolution and achieve zero femicides in Israel this year. Our team is currently working hard at the Israel Innovation Authority in Jerusalem. We're honored to be part of this important initiative and are excited to contribute our expertise to this critical cause! NeuroDerm and HaGal Sheli Make Waves of Hope! Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting Rachel Kaplan from HaGal Sheli, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth to overcome life's challenges using surf therapy. During October, HaGal Sheli took immediate action, establishing a PTSD program & providing critical care for 1100+ veterans, released hostages, Nova Festival survivors, & evacuees from most affected communities north and south. It offers Israeli youth a secure environment to address the profound trauma they endured on October 7th. We have chosen to support a program that combines surfing, empowerment, resilience, and therapeutic tools for youth. Our goal is to empower individuals on their journey to healing. Yesterday, In addition to learning about HaGal Sheli incredible work, we were also honored to receive a surfboard that the kids had created for us. This beautiful piece of art is a symbol of hope and resilience! We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have connected with HaGal Sheli and look forward to continuing our partnership in the future. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of young people and create a wave of hope for the future!

Even in these challenging times, we were able to put a smile on the faces of the kids of NeuroDerm & their parents.. We came together for a morning of treats and fantasy at the Cinema City. We spent time together in Candyland, where we enjoyed lots of treats, games, and activities. Then, we settled into the cinema and watched an enjoyable movie. It was a wonderful day to celebrate our community and create memories that will last a lifetime. #goodmemories #canday #goodtime #happy #smile

Hot off the press from The Lancet   We are thrilled to announce that the Lancet Neurology has published the positive results from our pivotal, Phase 3 BouNDless trial in Parkinson’s Patients experiencing Motor Fluctuations. The data showed favorable efficacy of ND0612 compared to the standard of care - oral immediate-release levodopa/carbidopa. This week, as part of the "Shavot" program, our amazing women from NeuroDerm met with 330 teenagers (11 middle school classes) to share their inspiring life stories. Shavot was established to empower girls, strengthening their sense of self-worth and providing them with tools to realize their aspirations.
