  • Echoing the inspiring words of our VP of Clinical Affairs Emilee Fulcher, we’re proud to honor Lissa Bachner this International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Lissa’s incredible journey—from overcoming vision loss due to Uveitic Glaucoma to becoming a champion equestrian and author of Milo’s Eyes—is a testament to resilience and passion. We were privileged to have Lissa share her story at a Tarsier Pharma NYSE event earlier this year, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended. In honor of this International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD), I want to take this opportunity to honor the tremendously talented, resilient, and passionate Lissa Bachner. Lissa was diagnosed with Uveitis and Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis at the tender age of 3. Despite losing her vision, she triumphed as a blind rider to become a champion equestrian and an inspiration to so many!   As an author, Lissa beautifully shares her journey and the inspiring story of the horse that changed her life, in her book Milo’s Eyes. We had the privilege of Lissa joining us to speak at a Tarsier Pharma NYSE event earlier this year, which was an incredible blessing and deeply moving. Thank you to Lissa for shining your light so brightly!   If you’re interested in hearing more about Lissa’s story, check out this video or pick up a copy of her wonderful book, Milo’s Eyes! https://lnkd.in/eUtnJ2J7

  • On this year International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD), we honor the resilience of individuals like Amy Dixon (PLY), who lost her vision to uveitic glaucoma and transformed her journey into a beacon of hope for others. Our CEO Daphne Haim-Langford, PhD recently met Amy during the AAO meeting, and her inspiring achievements as a paratriathlete and advocate underscore the importance of supporting those impacted by uveitis and its complications. At Tarsier Pharma we are dedicated to advancing treatments for uveitic glaucoma and improving the lives of those affected. Together, we strive to make a meaningful impact. #InternationalDisabilityDay #UveitisGlaucoma #Inclusion

  • As we celebrate this season of gratitude, we want to take a moment to express our sincere thanks for our many cherished partnerships within the ophthalmology community and beyond. We are blessed and grateful to work alongside a team of passionate and brilliant ophthalmologists, advisors, research coordinators, vendors, trusted colleagues, and friends.   At Tarsier Pharma, we are deeply thankful for the opportunity to work together as we strive to save sight and ultimately improve the lives of the patients that are at the center of all that we do.   Echoing the wisdom of Mother Teresa when she said “None of us, including me, ever do great things. But we can all do small things, with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.”   This Thanksgiving, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and peaceful holiday filled with good health, happiness, and renewed passion for the journey ahead.

  • ✨ Thank You, Ophthalmology Innovation Source Team! ✨ We were honored to participate in the OIS meeting in San Diego, where our very own Susan Benton represented Tarsier Pharma on the Future of Anterior Innovation panel. Susan shared how Tarsier is leading the “beyond steroids” era in uveitis care. For decades, topical steroids have been the first-line treatment despite their significant side effects. With dazdotuftide (TRS01), we’re pioneering a new path—a treatment that not only resolves inflammation but also provides a superior IOP safety profile for patients with uveitic glaucoma. With the FDA’s Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) agreement in place, we are one step closer to addressing this critical unmet need and improving outcomes for uveitis patients worldwide. A special thank you to panel moderator Anthony Wallace and the panelists—Liane Clamen, J. Morgan Micheletti, MD, Patrick Mooney, and Cari Stone—for their insightful contributions and engaging discussion. Together, we’re advancing the future of ophthalmology! #Uveiticglaucoma #Innovation #TarsierPharma

  • 🌍 Highlights from the Road: A Month of Milestones and Inspiration 🌟 Over the past month, our team has had the incredible opportunity to participate in signature international events. Here’s a glimpse into the key moments, insights, and celebrations that defined our journey: Event #1: AAO Week in Chicago Our CMO Ron Neumann, VP of Clinical Emilee Fulcher, and CEO Daphne Haim-Langford, PhD made an impactful presence at the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) conference. The week was packed with meaningful meetings, engaging events, and a special highlight: Dr. David Chu’s Best Poster Presentation on our TRS4Vision results. 👏 Thank you, Dr. Chu, for representing our work so brilliantly! Event #2: Breaking Barriers in Uveitis 🌟 At the HEVI event in Jerusalem, CEO Daphne shared the story behind our journey from patent to Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) agreement with the FDA. Her talk focused on overcoming regulatory hurdles and tackling one of the greatest challenges in uveitis—preserving sight for patients with uveitic glaucoma. 👏 Thank you, Prof. Itay Chowers, for a wonderful event! Event #3: IUSG Inflammatio Conference in Singapore Prof. Marc D. de Smet delivered an insightful presentation on the Tarsier Grading Image Scale, an innovative tool for assessing anterior uveitis. Based on data from 79 investigators in the TRS4Vision trial, he highlighted its clinical applications and the exciting next steps for this groundbreaking approach. 👏Thank you, Prof. de Smet, for your ongoing dedication to advancing care for patients with uveitis. ✨ These moments weren’t just achievements—they were milestones that showcased the passion and collaboration driving progress in ophthalmology. • Echoing our CEO's Daphne Haim-Langford, PhD message for World Sight Day: Choose Kindness

צפייה בפרופיל של Daphne Haim-Langford, PhD, גרפיקה

    Founder & CEO

Choose Kindness 🌷 Today is World Sight Day—a day to raise awareness about vision health and support those who may struggle with their sight. But it’s also a reminder for all of us to practice a little extra kindness. You never know what someone else is going through. Maybe they bumped into you by mistake or moved ahead in line—they might not have seen you. Not everyone’s vision is perfect, and some may be dealing with unseen challenges. So, next time something like this happens, let’s choose empathy. A little patience, a little understanding—it goes a long way. Together, we can make the world a kinder, more inclusive place for everyone. #WorldSightDay #ChooseKindness

  • AAO is approaching soon, so if you're attending, be sure not to overlook Dr. Chu's presentation discussing in detail the benefit-risk profile of dazdotuftide in patients with uveitis and uveitic glaucoma. This could potentially be the first treatment option to manage active uveitis without the blinding side effects typically associated with steroids.
