This is a temporary part-time position (Maternity leave backfill)

Job Description

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, or external stakeholders. Attend meetings, summarize, disseminate summaries, and follow up on open tasks
  • Manage CEO company’s internal communication
  • Initiate and manage All Hands meetings, including coordination, agenda, and presentation Work with Management and global C-level leadership teams to support decisions and processes
  • Overseas visits from aboard, from logistics to content
  • Public Relations (PR) liaison
  • Mangae company's Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in alignment with PR and HR
  • Support dashboards to provide full visibility of CSF, strategic initiatives, their status, and KPI measures
  • Board of Directors meetings support (if in IL). Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events
  • CEO Calendar Management – Manage, schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Book and coordinate CEO’s global travel arrangements
  • Manage CEO’s Expense reports

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an executive / personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting a C-suite executive.
  • A “can-do” attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to keep confidentiality is of critical importance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • English - high professional level
  • Highly experienced in writing and editing executive-level content and presentations in English
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes a solution
  • A team player with strong interpersonal relationship
