Familiar with the term “We Eat Our Own Dogfood?” Well, it has nothing to do with those furry loveable pets: it’s about having developers work hands-on with the products they help develop. This was the essence of our product day held last week: while we’re all engineers, architects, product managers and data scientists – we put on the small business owner hat to really experience our B2B products – Mailchimp and QuickBooks – as if we were anyone of our ~100 Million customers. Kudos to Anna Cates 🇮🇱 & Benjamin Cates who brought it that customer obsession spirit.
